Our journey
We started with nothing but a passion
When we started Female Invest, we had nothing: No money, no network and no business experience. All we had was a strong passion, a clear mission and willingness to do whatever it took.
Our first office - almost went bankrupt
Two months after getting our first office, Covid closed the world and we lost 90% of revenue which came from events. Instead of giving up, we decided to scale our online platform.
Reached 10k paying members, raised funding
We went from crisis to explosive growth. We soon had 10,000+ paying members, raised our first external funding and got accepted into the worlds most prestigious accelerator program. It was a crazy experience.
Relaunched learning platform, scaled to 80 countries
We invested all our money and revenue in making our platform better. As we relaunched it, growth exploded even faster and we reached members in 80+ countries.
Wrote global bestseller & acquired Gaia Investments
We took the first step towards launching a trading platform by acquiring the company Gaia Investments and hiring their CTO. We were set on launching the first ever trading platform by and for women

How to pre-register through Seedrs
Once you have created your membership with Female Invest, you need to register for our crowdfunding campaign on Seedrs here.
Please note, it is important that your membership with Female Invest and your account with Seedrs are registered with the same email address to ensure that the pre-registration is registred correctly.

We open the investment round in Female Invest on June 18th on Seedrs' platform.
You will only gain access if you are already pre-registred via Seedrs on the same email address as your FI membership. You can pre-register via Seedrs here.
Please note, that the number of shares is limited, and demand is high. You will therefore need to be quick, as shares are sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
You can deposit money for the investment in several ways, depending on your preference.
Therefore, you do not need to have transferred money to your Seedrs' account before the investment round.
You can invest using bank transfer, card payment, or by deposting money into your Seedrs' account and allocate the money from there.

When you invest in Female Invest, you become a co-owner on the same terms as our other investors.
In addition, there are the following investor perks, depending on the amount you invest:
-£50 - £100: Become a co-owner of Female Invest.
- £101 - £500: Become a co-owner of Female Invest, participation in biannual founder Q&As, and give 1 year free membership to a friend.
- £501 - £1000: Become a co-owner of Female Invest, participation in biannual founder Q&As, give 1 year free membership to a friend, plus exclusive invitations to Female Invest events.
It is not possible to return or regret your investment, once it has been made.
However, the Seedrs Secondary Market allows investors to sell their shares if the company, in this case Female Invest, grants this option.
Please note, Female Invest has not granted this option. Therefore, it is currently not an option to sell the shares in Female Invest.

It is not possible to sell your shares in the same way it is on the stock market.
Seedrs’ Secondary Market allows investors to sell their shares if the company, in this case Female Invest, grants this option.

Right of withdrawal
Female Invest is a digital service where you have full access to our content immediately after your purchase. Since you can use our entire platform directly after you have completed your purchase, you hereby consent to waive your right of withdrawal upon creation of the membership.
